The MTL Program

Master's of Arts in Media, Technology, and Learning Design at Appalachian State University

My passion lies at the intersection of technology, media, and education—creating innovative learning experiences that engage and inspire. With a background in instructional technology coaching, coordination, design, and implementation, I have worked on projects integrating various cross-sections of educational technology to enhance learning outcomes.

The Media, Technology, and Learning Design (or MTL) program at Appalachian State University aligns perfectly with my goals. Its emphasis on research-driven instructional strategies and cutting-edge media production will help me refine my skills and develop scalable, inclusive learning solutions. I am eager to collaborate with faculty and peers, contribute to research, and push the boundaries of educational technology.

By joining this program, I plan to expand my expertise and make a meaningful impact in digital learning and in Higher Education.
